The Saudi Airlines headquarter was the first major project done by EXPAND’s team in 1982, and still till this date is a landmark in the city of Jeddah located on its iconic King’s Road street. The innovate and unique style of the building makes it a momentum and showcase the experience and skillset within EXPAND’s engineers.
KING AVENUE MALL

PROJECT OVERVIEW :
This project is the construction of King Avenue Mall in Jeddah, the new landmark in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia spanning 12.5 hectares that will feature youth and family hubs, resorts, main plaza, home entertainment areas, food courts and huge retail stores. We have designed a unique elliptic shape that gives the building a monumental, royal and luxurious identity. Construction works have already commenced at site. Building steel structure is more than 13,000 million tonnes (MT).

PROJECT OVERVIEW :
The construction of recreational and tourism facilities with diverse and modern open area of 30,000 square meters including green areas, a mosque, a public library, an exhibition, an open theater, a marine park with a length of 3.6 km, a cultural center, food / beverage and hospitality services to provide an open outlet for all residents and visitors of the city of Jeddah. The Waterfront project extends directly along the Red Sea, south of the current Equestrian Club resort, with a length of 1.5 km.

Prince Sultan Aviation Academy (PSAA) is a college for aviation sciences located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It is the official flight school of Saudi Arabian Airlines.
